For 2014, we will remain consistent in our Journey to NO roadmap by carrying forward the five elements of the strategy:

2014 Strategy Overview

The deliverables for the 2014 Journey to NO strategy elements are:

1) Effective leadership and commitment

Leaders demonstrate commitment to our Journey to NO through engagement in the execution

of our strategy. The HSE and Service Quality strategy will be communicated to all employees,

and progress toward completion will be reviewed .


2) Continuous improvement of the Petrozas Management System

PMS is the mechanism for managing the system of processes, standards, work methods and

3) Training

The training programs provide a method for assessing workforce capability and development. We will continue to measure the competency of our service delivery employees


4) Continuous improvement of technology and processes

Significant HSE and service quality incidents will be investigated using the Significant Incident
