For 2014, we will remain consistent in our Journey to NO roadmap by carrying forward the five elements of the strategy:

§ Effective leadership and commitment

§ Continuous improvement of our Petrozas Management System

§ Training

§ Continuous improvement of technology and processes

§ Verification and assurance of performance

 

 

Our goal is NO

NO means NO safety incidents, NO environmental incidents, NO nonproductive time. The name “NO” expresses our priorities – to acknowledge the journey, accept the challenge and make no compromises in execution

 

2014 Strategy Overview

The deliverables for the 2014 Journey to NO strategy elements are:

1) Effective leadership and commitment

Leaders demonstrate commitment to our Journey to NO through engagement in the execution

of our strategy. The HSE and Service Quality strategy will be communicated to all employees,

and progress toward completion will be reviewed .

 

2) Continuous improvement of the Petrozas Management System

PMS is the mechanism for managing the system of processes, standards, work methods and

Forms used to define how to perform work within Petrozas operations.. Service delivery documents.

 

3) Training

The training programs provide a method for assessing workforce capability and development. We will continue to measure the competency of our service delivery employees

 

4) Continuous improvement of technology and processes

Significant HSE and service quality incidents will be investigated using the Significant Incident
